Our Primary course is designed based on the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) syllabus, covering all four core skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. With a small class size, we ensure personalized attention for each student, helping them improve oral expression, comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary. Through interactive learning, role-playing, and other engaging activities, we foster students’ critical thinking and language abilities in a fun and supportive environment.
With the UP Spirit (Understand + Practice), we focus on not only helping students understand Chinese but also encouraging them to practice it regularly to build confidence and fluency. We use thematic training to integrate both oral presentation and writing skills. Students explore specific themes, allowing them to understand key concepts deeply and practice expressing their ideas both verbally and in writing. The course aligns with the school curriculum while providing a strong foundation for the PSLE. Through flexible teaching methods and systematic writing practice, we enhance students’ logical thinking, communication, and writing abilities, ensuring they excel in both their studies and future exams.
Reinforce vocabulary learned in school through dictation and practical application.
Strengthen vocabulary through writing, oral exams, and reading comprehension.
Integrate SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) into reading materials to instill core values.
Provide training on common question formats to improve logical thinking and critical thinking skills.
Develop students' observation skills and imagination.
Provide carefully designed model text fill-ins to teach students how to enrich their writing and enhance language skills.
Offer dictation and composition writing exercises, and assess students’ performance through live writing observations
Use picture-based and conversation practices to enhance speaking skills in younger students.
Strengthen answering techniques through video-based and conversation practices, helping students master vocabulary on various topics.
Practice oral exam recitations and recording to improve speaking skills.
Conduct mock exams for each academic stage, covering Paper 1 and Paper 2, as well as 1-on-1 oral exams.
Help students build confidence by simulating the exam environment and enabling them to handle challenging questions.
